The Anti-Racist Movement (ARM) is a community created for us, by us — a space to heal, empower, and self-define. Our vision is to be leaders in disrupting racial and intersectional narratives across social work, making a meaningful difference to the lives of Black people. Guided by our mission to be fearless, joyful, and unapologetic, we form a collective resistance rooted in courage, compassion, and connection. At ARM, we believe that true change begins inwardly — and from that grounding, we lead outwardly with strength, purpose, and hope.
