At ARM, we believe that sustainable change begins from within. Anti-racist work is not only about challenging systems abd instituions. It is also about creating the conditions for Black women to heal, connect, imagine, grow and lead.

Our approach brings together healing, community, creativity, knowledge and action. We create spaces where Black women can pause and reflect, reconnect with our roots, share knowledge and experiences, nuture our creativity and build the relationships that sustain collective action.

We build from wihtin, so that we can transform beyond ourselves.
